Hello boaters and land-lubbers as well. My name is Ken Gray. I am a carver and sign artist on Vancouver Island , BC . I specialize in carved, hand painted and gold leaf quarterboards ( nameboards, sideboards etc) for boats. I have completed over 500 projects in my 10 year career including work for 6 past Commodores of Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. I use the age old traditional methods of hammer and chisel carving and hand painted lettering. Carved and hand lettered teak and mahogany can add the finishing touch to your boat and unlike vinyl it has soul!
